That’s my tagline.
I’m Tammy, a fresh marketing and communications graduate from the National University of Singapore interested in digital marketing roles in the technology, sustainability and social impact industries.
Thus far, I’ve gained experience across social media content creation, account management, public relations, and have recently made a pivot to the more analytical and data-oriented side of marketing through my internship at Schneider Electric.
I am now on the lookout for my next adventure! I’m focusing on social media marketing and marketing analytics opportunities, but am open to other interactive and meaningful forms of work as well. I enjoy bringing a personal touch and impact to all that I do (hence my tagline) and have a particular interest in purpose-driven sectors and collaborative roles.
PS. I’m open to roles based in both Singapore and Tokyo!
My Previous Experiences
I’ve built up some diverse experiences across marketing and communications thus far. Through previous internships, I’ve gained experience in social media content marketing (on LinkedIn and Instagram in particular), content strategy, account management and (a little bit of) graphic design. In my current internship, I’m exploring marketing analytics and have built up analysis skills in Tableau and Microsoft Excel.
Through my coursework, I have gained exposure to public relations, marketing automation and video production.

So… why marketing? Creative media has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, I loved reading the news, watching documentaries, movies and more. I enjoy how media and content can spark conversations and bring people together, and am excited to play a role in helping brands connect authentically and meaningfully with their consumers!
- I’m a huge sustainability advocate because I love animals and nature! (I am a proud and frequent visitor of the Night Safari, and recently started volunteering and learning repair skills at Repair Kopitiam)
- I like learning new languages (currently working on Spanish and Japanese!)
- I’m a huge advocate for mental health and wellness, and previously led a mental health interest and advocacy group at my university residence.
