This page is still a WIP. I’ve always been fascinated by the ability of Tech to solve problems with speed and scale, which led me to take up some projects and courses to explore the technology and analytics-driven side of marketing. I took on a module in Marketing Technology in a previous university semester, and took on a mentorship at Amazon Web Services in late 2024. Read on to learn more about my takeaways.
I recently took on a data-oriented marketing internship role at Schneider Electric and have been exploring various marketing analytics tools and platforms like Tableau, Google Ads and VBA. More updates to come soon! 🙂

MKT4761: Marketing Technology (April 2024)
MKT4761 was a course on how various Martech tools – such as Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, Augmented Reality etc – enhance marketing workflows and the customer experience. Our final project required us to do a case study and prototype on how tech can be used to enhance the customer experience.

My group worked on a Chatbot to improve the customer service of Dr Lash, a local lash extension salon. I worked with another team mate (the talented Fion Chua) to create a button-based prototype using a chatbot builder Voiceflow.
Feel free to test Lash Genie out here! It works best and is most accurate for eyelash and eyebrow beauty related services. (This was our first time created anything like this though so I apologise in advance for any mistakes!)
